Hey there, the last show of 20 in a row called the Final Storm Tour that will lead Tarja diretly into a studio in Finland to record her second output as a solo artist. I wish her all the best for that challenge! And I know that she will succeed. By the way, it was my Birthday and my wonderful wife Cathrin came to the show to spend some nice time with me in impressing London town. We met Andrea and Olivier of Furnaze and went out for some shopping and a good pint of ale in some nice pub where we shared some great moments. The show was sold out. As far as I had been informed there were some important people in the crowd, the record company Universal sent some representative, the probable producer of her second album Colin Richardson also attended the show... The only thing to kinda complain about is the small stage that hardly offers any chance to move to the music. One time I collided with Mike's drum stand and therefore chose the option of hanging around in the second line for the rest of the evening. Ah, Tarja took chances and told people about my BDay, made them sing for me and came up with a delicious chocolate cake that she delivered onstage with her unbeatable smile. I love you Tarja. That cake later on was shared with my wife and my buddies of Power Quest (Mastermind Steve Williams had his BDay on October 20th - Happy BDay Steve!). A gathering of friends and fellows. Nice and decent it was! This tour has been just amazing and I am looking forward to sharing stages with the Goddess again very soon. Thanx to all the nice fans that celebrated my BDay with me. Appreciated!!

Hey all, a special night it has been for me. Not only did I share some great moments with Liv and her band, TT took the headliner spot after mighty Doro with whom she performed The Seer later on. Thus, I had the chance to share stages with Doro which should be something. At 2400 I did some BDay celebration with some nice fans outside the venue who new about my secret and sang for me. Thank you so much for that nice gesture! Of course, there is some pretty cool footage of that special event on YouTube:

Hey there, The way to Czech Republik was special to me, because I spent the whole journey in the tour bus of my friends Furnaze. That was cool. Especially the starter of our trip when we realised that the back license plate and the power cable were stolen by some blonkers. Thus, we had been running on battery and in the end had no power and had to wait until the police arrived to do some recording on the case and have a word with our drivers. The trip was fun, mastermind Olivier played some new riffs to me and he instantly wrote a new Tarja song, at least we could imagine it to be one. Some day. The guys did a drop off at my hotel, which was a nice gesture: Thank you Scotty! Having arrived I went to a local place to drink some Budvar draft beer and have a speciality which is: Garlic Soup. Excellent! With the beer I continued with spicy sausage and spicy mixed pickles. Yes! I love that stuff! Close to the hotel, the concert premise was an ice sports arena with different venues. You could even watch the new hopes of Czech ice hockey players, young kiddies working hard for their probable upcoming career. Nice to see... The venue was pretty much sold out. We had a big stage which I do absolutely prefer and we rocked! It was great. Onstage you could feel the low ends of the front of house mix and that gave us the feeling of a powerful perfomance. After show, we had a little photo session bundled with beers and white russians together with the guys of Kings of Modesty and Furnaze who played their last shows supporting Tarja and had to say goodbye. I love you all! What a great time we had! Check out The Seer:

Hey all, Slowenia is special. Somehow you do not expect to much and then you are overwhelmed. At least, I am any time I have the chance to play this beautiful country. During the summer I played with Blind Guardian at the Masters of Rock festival which was absolutely great. Why? You are close to everything: mountains, sea, forests and most of all the hearts of people. Any questions? In the morning my agenda suggested running and rope skipping to tune myself physically for the show. As we had sunshine and the river Ljublijanska not far from the hotel I took the chance to go out. The right choice. Later I spent some time at a coffee place close to the river and felt asleep when Marcelo and Tarja by chance passed by and took a photo. I woke up, we were laughing, they left and I felt asleep again. Until our busdriver Bernd passed by and took also a photo. I woke up, we had a cigarette, a cup of tea and he left. I did not fall asleep again. :-) Funny: we had an open air show to play, and it got really cold that night. That is why we all prefered to go out with jackets to rock the stage. As we had some heating systems onstage we found good meeting points between songs, haha. Before the show, a great fan of Tarja gave us personal presents: T-shirts she had painted for each one of us. Very nice. Thank you Anna! Chek out Deep Silent Complete:
